I recently stayed at Sunshine Hotel for over 3 weeks during my 5-week trip to Thailand. The rooms were clean and inviting, with some even equipped with cooking facilities. The massage services at the hotel were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to Market Village and easy access to Baht buses on Petch Kasseem. The street itself was quiet and only 50 meters from the beach, with a nice bar/restaurant nearby. There were also convenient shops and shopping malls within 100 meters of the hotel, as well as a small street market and a good street restaurant for delicious food. The room amenities were great, with daily cleaning, functioning AC, and a fridge. a budget-friendly place with a pool, balcony, and great staff.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay. The owner is incredible nice and helpfull. The location is great if you look for a few quiet days at the beach - it´s situated in the nicest part of the beach. However, the nightmarket and bars are close. The hotel is absolutely spotless.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Additionally, it is just a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.
The lack of a swimming pool on-site may be disappointing for those looking to relax and cool off during their stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to the beautiful beach. It was just a short walk away, and I loved spending my days relaxing on the sand. The hotel facilities were great, with a massage parlor on the street level and a spa that I could easily access in the evenings. The staff were lovely and always willing to assist me. The hotel was also conveniently located near a shopping mall and a big shopping center, making it easy for me to get anything I needed. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. it was a great budget hotel and I highly recommend it.
No complaints.

From my 5-week stay in Thailand, I can confidently say that the Sunshine Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were immaculate and had the added bonus of cooking facilities, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The massage services provided were top-notch and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to Market Village and easy access to Baht buses. The owners went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even upgrading me to a larger room when there was a minor issue with the water. It was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. The proximity to the sea, minimart, and main road was a definite plus. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the big bed and spacious balcony added to the overall comfort. The hotel's location on a quiet street, just 50 meters from the beach and a nice bar/restaurant, was ideal. Additionally, the nearby 7/11 and shopping malls made it extremely convenient. The small street market offered delicious food, and there was a fantastic street restaurant further up the street. the staff were superb and the hotel's amenities and location made my stay in Thailand unforgettable. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a property when I next visit Hua Hin.

Great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to the city center and bus stops. The mall is also just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also had a small library of books and beach towels available for guests, which was a nice touch.
The biggest downside was the lack of an elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor and having to walk up the stairs every time was tiring, especially after a long day of exploring.

Title: Pleasant stay with an amusing twist
Who needs a gym when you can walk to the Villa Market and carry all your shopping bags back as a workout?

The room at Sunshine Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a laid-back atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The private balcony overlooking the street was a great spot to people-watch and soak in the local vibe. As a solo traveler, it was the perfect space to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tile/marble flooring in the room. But hey, that's just my personal taste, and I'm sure others might appreciate the sleek and modern touch it adds to the ambiance.

The room was great, clean with a big bed. The staff was amazing and helpful. The location was convenient, close to Market Village and McDonald's, and near the bus station for easy access to other markets and street food.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Stayed at Sunshine Hotel and had a great experience. The double room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed including a TV and air conditioning. The attached bathroom had a heater which was a nice touch. There was even an extra small bed beside the queen-sized bed. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunrise. And I can't forget to mention their friendly dog who led me to the beach! Although breakfast was not provided, there were plenty of places nearby to grab a morning meal. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes away from the night market, offering a great location.

The room at Sunshine Hotel was awesome! The private balcony overlooking the street gave me a real feel of the buzzing atmosphere. As a solo traveler, I loved chilling out there with a drink and watching the world go by.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the hot water showers in the en suite bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference and some people might actually like it.
